The demands of high-vacuum technology are very ambitious.
At VACUTEC we are readily equipped to complete all the necessary process steps. Our expertise includes manufacturing of sealing surfaces on vacuum chambers and flanges as well as welding pipes and chambers using automated processes to comply with ultra-high vacuum requirements.

We employ helium leak detectors to test and guarantee the tightness of all components. In addition, extreme cleanliness and the proper handling of the delicate parts are important factors in achieving an optimum vacuum.
